Designed at the request of one of AYSO's largest Regions, hosting one of the nation's largest tournamants, this product drastically reduces the paperwork load on tournament staff by allowing coaches to prepare and submit their applications online. All application information is compiled and made available as download in spreadsheet format, saving the long hours necessary to transcribe hard copies into a manageable data format. Tournament staff can approve applications online, and keep coaches updated on the status of their application. Coaches have access to PDF versions of all application forms, for easy transmission to Regional and Area staff for required signatures. Coaches may also save their team information on our system, and preload their applications into forms for multiple tournaments.

Optional Referee Scheduling Module: With all team and referee information already in our system, this module allows you to use that information to create your referee schedule by simply dragging and dropping referees and/or referee teams into the schedule you upload. Once the referee schedule is created, you can notify all referees and coaches of their schedule with a simple click of the mouse. Schedule notification emails contain a convenient "confirm receipt" link, so you'll always know who has and hasn't confirmed recipt of their schedule.
